This guide walks through the Create Bulk wizard: add your links, customize the design, and create the batch.

Before you start

  • You need the Admin or Editor role.
  • Prepare a CSV file with the header name, url and up to 100 rows. See CSV format.
  • No other batch can be running in your workspace.
1

Open Create Bulk

Click Create Bulk in the sidebar. On a phone, tap the create button and choose Create bulk QRs.
2

Get the template (optional)

Click Download CSV template for a sample file with the right header.
3

Upload your file

Drag your CSV onto the upload area, or click it to browse. GetQR shows “Reading CSV…” while it checks the rows.
4

Review the result

If every row is valid, you see All links look good. Otherwise, the rows that need fixing are listed with MISSING or INVALID badges.
5

Fix or continue

Fix the CSV and click Replace to upload it again. Or click Continue to create only the valid codes.
Rows with errors are skipped, not created. The Continue button shows how many codes the batch will include.

Step 2: Customize

1

Choose a design

Pick a tab: Custom designs, Branded designs, AI designs or My templates. The design applies to every code in the batch.
2

Save the design as a template (optional)

Under the preview, select Save as template to reuse this design later.
3

Continue

Click Continue. If you uploaded a logo, wait for the upload to finish first.
A template saved from bulk create takes the name of the first QR code in the batch. Rename it later on the QR Templates page.

Step 3: Create

1

Review the batch

Check the summary: Type (Website / URL), Source (your file name) and Codes (how many will be created).
2

Start

Click Create N QR codes, where N is the number of valid rows.
3

Watch the progress

GetQR creates the codes, renders the images and packages the ZIP. Each phase shows its progress.
4

Download

When you see Your QR codes are ready, click Download all (ZIP). See Download the ZIP.
You can leave the page while the batch runs. Progress is saved, and Create Bulk shows it again when you come back.

Batch statuses

Stop a batch

While the batch is queued, creating or packaging, click Stop creating. GetQR removes every code it created for this batch and shows Bulk creation cancelled. Click Start over to begin again.
Stopping removes the whole batch, including codes that were already created. You can’t keep a partial batch.

Common issues

Your logo is still uploading. Wait a moment, then click Continue.
A Branded design or AI design is still being prepared. Wait until it finishes.
Progress is preserved. Keep the page open, or come back later through Create Bulk.
The batch was rolled back and no codes were kept. Note the error code, check your file and click Start over. If it fails again, contact [email protected] with the error code.
The batch didn’t start. Click Create N QR codes again. If another batch is already running in the workspace, wait for it to finish.
GetQR checks that every Branded or AI design code scans reliably. If one can’t be verified, that code falls back to the standard design so it still scans.
