# 背景

> 二维码背景的工作方式，以及如何获得透明或彩色的效果。

在创建器中，Custom designs 使用白色背景。如需将二维码放在彩色表面上，请下载透明背景的文件，或使用边框在二维码周围添加彩色卡片。

## 背景的工作方式

| 位置 | 背景 |
| - | - |
| 创建器预览 | 二维码后面为白色。 |
| JPG 下载 | 纯色背景。 |
| PNG 和 SVG 下载 | 透明背景。 |
| 边框 | 部分边框会在二维码周围添加彩色卡片。 |

## 获取透明背景

**1. 打开下载选项**

在仪表板中，打开该二维码的操作菜单，点击 **Download QR**。

**2. 选择透明格式**

选择 **PNG - Best quality (transparent background)** 或 **SVG - Print & edit (transparent background)**。

**3. 下载文件**

点击对话框中的 **Download QR**。

>
> Branded 和 AI 设计可下载为 JPG、PNG 或 PDF。如果 Branded 设计是用透明背景的 Logo 制作的，PNG 文件会保留这种透明效果。

## 使用边框添加彩色卡片

**1. 打开 Frame**

在 **Customize & Download** 的 **Custom designs** 中，点击 **Frame** 选项卡。

**2. 选择卡片边框**

在 **Frame around the QR code** 下选择一个边框。

**3. 选择颜色**

在 **Color presets** 下选择一组色板，或在 **Customization** 选项卡中设置 **Frame color**。

## 将二维码放在背景上的技巧

* 将二维码放在浅色、纯净的区域。浅色背景上的深色二维码扫描效果最好。
* 避免在透明二维码后面使用杂乱的照片或图案。
* 在二维码周围留出空白边距，以便相机识别其边缘。
* 大批量印刷前，先在实际材料上打印一份测试样本。

## 常见问题

> **透明 PNG 或 SVG 看起来不对**
>
> 在深色背景的查看器中，透明文件可能看起来很奇怪。这是正常现象：请在浅色背景上查看文件，或将其放到你的设计中。

> **二维码在深色背景上无法扫描**
>
> 二维码是深色的，因此需要浅色表面。请下载带有纯色背景的 JPG，或在二维码周围添加浅色边框。

> **我需要二维码后面有白色方框**
>
> 请下载 JPG。它带有纯色背景。
