# 连接 Claude

> 将 GetQR 作为自定义连接器添加到 Claude。

将 GetQR 作为自定义连接器添加到 Claude，即可在 Claude 聊天中管理二维码并查看扫描情况。设置只需约一分钟。

## 开始之前

* 拥有 Admin 或 Editor 角色且订阅有效的 GetQR 账户。请参阅 [AI 连接器概览](/zh/ai-connectors/overview)。
* 一个 [claude.ai](https://claude.ai) 上的 Claude 账户。

## 从 GetQR 连接

**1. 打开 My Account**

在 GetQR 中，点击侧边栏底部的您的姓名，然后点击 **My Account**。

**2. 打开 AI connectors 选项卡**

点击 **AI connectors**。

**3. 开始连接**

点击 **Connect an assistant**。如果您已有连接，请改为点击 **Connect**。

**4. 选择 Claude**

在对话框中选择 **Claude**。

**5. 打开 Claude**

点击 **Open Claude**。Claude 会打开 **Add custom connector** 表单，其中已预先填好名称 GetQR 和服务器 URL。

**6. 添加连接器**

在 Claude 中确认表单以添加连接器。

**7. 点击 Connect**

在 Claude 中，点击 GetQR 旁边的 **Connect**。

**8. 批准访问**

如有提示，请登录 GetQR。查看权限后点击 **Allow**。

**9. 检查连接**

返回 GetQR，对话框会自动更新并显示“Claude connected”。Claude 现在会出现在 **Connected clients** 下。

## 在 Claude 中手动连接

如果 **Open Claude** 按钮不起作用，请自行添加连接器。

**1. 复制服务器 URL**

复制 `https://getqr.com/api/mcp`。您也可以点击 GetQR 对话框中 URL 旁边的 **Copy**。

**2. 在 Claude 中打开连接器设置**

在 Claude 中，打开 **Customize** → **Connectors** → **Add custom connector**。

**3. 添加 GetQR**

输入 `GetQR` 作为名称并粘贴服务器 URL。保存连接器。

**4. 连接并批准**

点击 **Connect**，登录 GetQR 并点击 **Allow**。

## 试一试

在 Claude 中开始新的聊天并提问：

## 常见问题

> **GetQR 页面显示“AI connectors aren't available”**
>
> Viewer 无法连接 AI 助手。请让工作区 Admin 将您设为 Editor。

> **GetQR 页面显示“An active subscription is required”**
>
> AI 助手只能连接到拥有有效订阅的账户。如果您是 Editor，则工作区 Admin 的订阅必须有效。有关套餐的问题，请参阅[帮助中心](https://getqr.com/help)。

> **GetQR 对话框一直显示“Waiting for Claude”**
>
> 对话框会一直等待，直到您在 GetQR 页面上点击 **Allow**。请在 Claude 中完成登录，然后返回。如果您关闭了 Claude 标签页，请点击 **Cancel** 并重新开始。

> **“This connection request is invalid”（此连接请求无效）**
>
> 无法识别来自 Claude 的请求。请关闭窗口，在 Claude 中删除 GetQR 连接器，然后重新添加。

> **Claude 选项显示为灰色**
>
> Claude 已连接到您的账户。如需重新连接，请先撤销现有连接。请参阅[管理连接](/zh/ai-connectors/manage-connections)。
