# Manage templates

> Rename, edit, duplicate, sort and delete the design templates in your workspace.

All saved templates live on the **QR Templates** page. From there you can rename, edit, duplicate or delete them.

## Before you start

* Templates are shared across the workspace. A change you make is visible to every member.
* What you can do depends on your role:

| View templates | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Create, rename, edit, duplicate | Yes | Yes | No |
