# Download the ZIP

> Download all QR codes from a bulk batch as one ZIP file of JPEG images.

When a bulk batch finishes, GetQR packs every QR code image into one ZIP file. Download it right away from the success window.

## Before you start

* Your batch must show **Your QR codes are ready**. See [Create QR codes from a CSV](/bulk/create-from-csv).

## Download the ZIP

<Steps>
  <Step title="Wait for the batch to finish">
    When the batch completes, a window opens with the number of QR codes created.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Download">
    Click **Download all (ZIP)**. Your browser saves the file, and GetQR takes you to **My QR Codes**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Unzip the file">
    Open the ZIP on your computer to get one JPEG per QR code.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Warning>
  Download the ZIP before you close the success window. Once you close it, the ZIP is no longer offered in the app. Your codes are safe on **My QR Codes**, but you'd have to download them one by one.
</Warning>

If you left the page before the batch finished, open **Create Bulk** again. The success window reappears as long as you haven't closed it.

## What's in the ZIP

| Item | Details |
| - | - |
| ZIP file name | Your CSV file name followed by `-qr-codes.zip`, for example `stores-qr-codes.zip` |
| Image files | One per code, numbered in CSV order: `001-Spring Menu.jpg`, `002-Store #14.jpg`… |
| Format | JPEG, white background |
| Size | 1024 × 1024 px |
| Design | The design you chose on the **Customize** step, including frame and logo |

The numbering follows the order of valid rows in your file, so you can match each image to its row.

## Need other formats or sizes?

The ZIP holds JPEGs at 1024 px only. For PNG, SVG, PDF or EPS, or for 2048 and 4096 px, download each code from **My QR Codes**. See [Formats and resolution](/downloads/formats-and-resolution).
