# Manage connections

> See which assistants are connected to your workspace, revoke access and reconnect.

See every AI assistant connected to your workspace, check when it was last used, and revoke access in one click. Connections are managed in **My Account** → **AI connectors**.

## Before you start

* You need the Admin or Editor role. Viewers don't see the **AI connectors** tab.
* Editors can revoke only their own connections. The Admin can revoke any connection in the workspace.

## View your connections

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open My Account">
    Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then click **My Account**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the AI connectors tab">
    Click **AI connectors**. The tab shows the server URL and the list of **Connected clients**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

If no assistant is connected yet, you see "Chat with your QR codes." and the **Connect an assistant** button instead.

## What each connection shows

| Item | What it means |
| - | - |
| Name | The assistant: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or the app's own name for other MCP clients (**Other MCP client** if it has none). |
| **Authorized** | The date the connection was approved, and the email of the member who approved it. |
| **Last used** | When the assistant last called GetQR. **Never used** if it hasn't yet. |
| **Active** | The connection works. |
| **Expired** | The assistant wasn't used for 30 days and its sign-in ran out. Reconnect from the assistant to use it again. |

The list includes connections made by every member of the workspace, so you can see who uses AI assistants.

## Copy the server URL

The card at the top shows **Server active** and the server URL, `https://getqr.com/api/mcp`. Click **Copy** to copy it. You can also open the **⋯** menu on a connection and click **Copy server URL**.

## Revoke access

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the connection menu">
    Click the **⋯** menu on the connection you want to remove.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Revoke access">
    Click **Revoke access**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm">
    In the "Revoke Claude's access?" dialog (with your assistant's name), click **Revoke access**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

The assistant loses access to your codes immediately and you see "Claude access revoked". Only the connection is removed: your QR codes and analytics stay.

<Note>
  **Revoke access** appears only on connections you're allowed to remove. Editors see it on their own connections only.
</Note>

## Reconnect an assistant

Reconnect when a connection shows **Expired**, after you revoke it, or when the assistant reports a sign-in error.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Start the sign-in from the assistant">
    In Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, open the GetQR connector settings and click **Connect** (or the assistant's sign-in action).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Approve access">
    Sign in to GetQR if asked and click **Allow**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check the list">
    The connection shows **Active** again in **AI connectors**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

If you removed GetQR from the assistant, add it again. See [Connect to Claude](/ai-connectors/connect-claude), [Connect to ChatGPT](/ai-connectors/connect-chatgpt) or [Connect to Cursor](/ai-connectors/connect-cursor).

<Tip>
  You can have one connection per assistant. When you connect the same assistant again, GetQR replaces your previous connection to it.
